"In Taipei city, Chih Hung lives in a tiny spot of his sister’s own apartment. To such a loser like him, peeking his sister’s lesbian partner Yifan become shining moments of his normal life. A morning, Yifan ask Chih Hung taking her out. These two loneliness person begin to drifting in this big city."
Rootless in the City is my film project in 11th Golden Film Academy. Under the supervision of many renowned filmmakers, such as Ang LEE, HOU Hsiao-hsien and LIAO Ching-song, I made this short film with a group of talented peers within the time of three weeks.
